QUALITY POLICY OF KINGFISHER ENAMELLING COMPANY LTD.

Kingfisher Enamelling Company Ltd is committed to providing customers with its products and services in a reliable, consistent and efficient manner at the highest economical level in order that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

To achieve the above, the company has implemented a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000, which is independently assessed by a third party.

All personnel are required to be completely familiar with and understand the commitment and aims of the Company, procedures of the Quality Management System, which are relevant to their own work and follow and comply with the requirements of all such procedures.

The Company’s goals for achieving this commitment to quality include, the provision of appropriate training, process controls, work instructions, equipment resources and reviews of the Quality Management System to ensure its continuing effectiveness.

This policy statement has been accepted and agreed by the Management of this Company who will ensure that, it is communicated, understood and implemented at all levels of the Company.
